This series was developed during my photography classes, focusing on the raw emotion and subtle tension found in everyday life. All photos were captured by me using a DSLR and later edited in Adobe Lightroom Classic to enhance contrast, tone, and visual storytelling.

Moments in Monochrome

Shot entirely in black and white, this series captures fleeting moments in public spaces where gesture, posture, and presence speak louder than words. By removing colour, I emphasized light, shadow, and negative space to highlight the mood and shape of each interaction.

Essence Through Observation

From quiet stares to unnoticed expressions, the goal was to freeze time and reflect the essence of humanity through detail and composition. Each image holds its own rhythm, inviting viewers to interpret the story behind the stillness.
